Cities such as Antwerp, Liege and Brussels can be reached in less than one hour. Bruges, Ghent, Luxemburg (L), Lille (F), Eindhoven (NL) and Cologne (D) are only a few hours away and it takes only 3 hours to travel to London, Amsterdam or Paris.

Getting to Hasselt and Diepenbeek

By train:

• From Brussels: the Inter City E (Hasselt) and the Inter City K (Hasselt/Genk)

• From Antwerp (Central Station): the IR c direction Liège/Maastricht.

• From Liège (Guillemins Station): the IR c direction Antwerp.

• At the Hasselt railway station busses H2 and H3 will bring you to the Hasselt Campus (Vildersstraat). Busses 45 and 20a will take you from Hasselt to the Diepenbeek Campus.

• From Brussels: E40 direction Luik/Liège. A2 direction Leuven - Aken/Aachen E313 direction Hasselt – Luik/Liège. Exit 28 (Hasselt-Zuid).

• From Luik/Liège: E313 direction Antwerpen/Antwerp. Exit 28 (Hasselt-Zuid).

By plane:

• From Brussels Airport (Zaventem): the City Express train to Brussels-North.
  From there by train to Hasselt
