Master after master programme (60 credits) Projectmanagement
This education programme is meant for graduated industrial and civil engineers,
architects and civil engineers-architects who want to prepare for taking up
a function as project manager.
Building companies are frequently confronted with orders that have a unique
and complex character and cannot be carried out according to tested procedures
and/or within the existing framework. For this kind of problems companies increasingly
turn to project management, which explains the increasing demand for project
managers and project engineers. The project manager training aims to familiarise
the graduated engineer or architect with the most important techniques and methods
of high-quality, cost-effective project management. Specialists from the industry
will, all in their own field, discuss the theory on the basis of case studies.
As theoretical knowledge is not sufficient to prepare the students for the function
of project manager, the programme also includes a comprehensive and guided company
training.
